Although we take great care to insure that your plants thrive in their new locations, there will always be a few plants that will decline or die. Our Supply Guarantee

​If Grelen Nursery does not plant the trees and shrubs, we can only guarantee that the tree is supplied structurally sound, has a good root system, and is true-to-type.  It is the customer’s responsibility to check the stock on arrival. We will investigate any complaints in good faith, and replace and/or refund in cases where problems are found.

Our Establishment Guarantee

​If Grelen Nursery supplies and installs the trees and shrubs, you are automatically entitled to a one-year Establishment Guarantee, subject to certain conditions including proof/evidence of regular and correct care.  This establishment guaranty does not cover failure by client, employees/staff or subcontractors to provide horticultural care for the trees and shrubs during the course of the guarantee period.  Care includes adequate but not excessive watering, pest and disease control, timely fertilization as required, and maintenance of tree and shrub support systems, etc. after the plant material is planted.
